Rustic & chic elegance

Dear Yes I do team,

I wanted to express how grateful and thankful we are for what you created on our special day. Our close friends have been to many, many weddings, on all different scales small and very large and extravagant so it means something when they are still talking now about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to, right down to the last detail and although I had visualized this myself it was you ladies who put it all together and made the magic happen without a fault. Everything just flowed so perfectly.

No words can really describe a woman's feelings and emotions for how she felt on her wedding day but you truly helped make it the best day of our lives and for this, I will be forever thankful.

Victoria & Ravi, Dubai
Wedding, August 27th 2017 - 85 guests

Victoria & Ravi are a british-canadian couple located in Dubai who decided to get married in the gardens of the fantastic Castell de Sant Marçal, located in the outskirts of Barcelona due to its central location for their friends and families, the beauty of the venue and the excellence of its gastronomic culture

They wanted a wedding with a rustic, chic and elegant aesthetic and to achieve this look we proposed decorations in white and green shades, mixing floral arrangements with succulents and garlands with olive leaves, as well as incorporating different materials such as stone, wood and kraft in natural shades and adding metallic touches in gold and rose gold.

We used mirrors with hand made lettering to welcome the guests to the ceremony area as well as to indicate the menu in the entrance of the dinner area.

The ceremony and appetizer was done in the gardens of the castle where we proposed to place stone pedestals with floral arrangements framing the end of the nuptial aisle done in white carpet.

The dinner was held under the trees of the castle facade in large tables lighted by chandeliers and faery lights placed around the trunk of the trees to achieve an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Besides the floral decorations we choose chairs in natural wood combined with tablecloths and napkins in gray linen and cutlery in rose gold to give a rustic and elegant look to the table. Over the napkins we placed the names of the guests made in laser cut wood and painted in rose gold to gift them a special keepsake.

After the dinner, the guests moved to the dance area where they had performances made by a drum troupe, a DJ and a fun photo booth. The party ended with an aisle made by the guests with sparklers to send off the bride and groom and give an end to one of the most beautiful weddings of the year.
